Children must be (5) five years of age on or before September 30, 2020. You should register your child at the school in the attendance zone in which you live. If you need help determining which school is in your attendance zone; please contact Kirstie Campbell at the Transportation Office (540) 463-5437.
Registration for all Rockbridge County Elementary Schools will begin on Monday, April 13, 2020. Please contact your child’s school to request a registration packet.

Your child’s birth certificate
A copy of your current utility bill
A copy of your lease or mortgage agreement
A copy of your child’s immunizations
A completed physical form from your child’s doctor dated after August 12, 2019

Meal requests for Tuesday will be accepted until Monday at 5:00 pm.
Meal requests for Thursday will be accepted until Wednesday at 5:00 pm
Next week's meal request form will be posted on the previous Friday at 8:00 am.
ODU Department of Communication Disorders and Special Education Parent Survey
The Department of Communication Disorders and Special Education at Old Dominion University (ODU) is conducting a study entitled, Parent Reports of Executive Functions in Students with Intellectual Disability. To conduct the study, they need the participation of parents of children ages 5-18 years old who have been diagnosed with intellectual disability who are willing to complete a short online survey. If you are interested in participating in this survey, you will find it below. Please note that all responses are anonymous.
The next regular monthly meeting of the Rockbridge County School Board will be held on Tuesday, July 14, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. The meeting will be held via electronic means pursuant to the Continuity of Government Ordinance. School Board members and RCPS Staff members will be participating remotely.
As the COVID-19 public health emergency continues, the location and nature of future School Board meetings will determined on a meeting by meeting basis.
