  • I HAVE AN EXISTING RCPS STUDENTS

  • Existing parents and guardians should use your Campus Parent Portal account to register your new child (example: you currently have one child enrolled in an RCPS school but need to register another child for kindergarten).

     

    Once you have signed in to your portal account, go to Menu > Online Registration. 

     

    Select 23-24 if registering your child for THIS school year, or 24-25 if registering your child for NEXT school year. Follow the prompts to verify your existing information already in our student database and then to “add” your additional child(ren) as a new student for the school year you selected. If you do not finish, you may come back later and click on “Continue”. When finished, be sure to click the red “Submit” button or it will not be received. 

     

    If you have any questions, please contact the registrar at your new student’s school or call the School Board Office.

     
  • MY FAMILY IS NEW TO RCPS

  • New parents and guardians, please use the link below to access the online application to register your new student(s) for Rockbridge County Public Schools.

    The steps are as follows:

    • Click on the correct year you want your child to start school

    • The parent/legal guardian will initially sign in using their name, birthday, email address, and enter the security code shown (to prove you’re not a robot).

    • You will see a welcome message and a button to “begin.”

    • Start by entering information in the first section you see. At the top of the screen, the section tab you are working on will appear blue.

    • Select “next’ at the bottom of each question to continue to the next question.

    • After completing all information/questions in that section, click Save/Continue.

    • The previous section tab you were on will now be green (green is complete, blue is current).

    • Once you have completely finished entering all information and uploading your documents, you may Submit your application.

     

    If you have questions regarding this process, please contact the school your child will attend and ask to speak with the registrar.
