Rockbridge County High School students compete in Rockbridge History Bee


Rockbridge County High School students competed in the 2nd Annual Rockbridge History Bee hosted by the Rockbridge Historical Society. Local high school students answered quiz bowl style questions drawn from the history book entitled Remarkable Rockbridge: The Story of Rockbridge County, Virginia written by Charles A. Bodie. Eric Wilson, Executive Director of the Rockbridge Historical Society emceed the History Bee. It took 14 rounds of questions to determine the overall winner. The 2018 History Bee winners were: 1st Place: Jacob Trout, 2nd Place: Quinn Hoover, 3rd Place: Kaizad Irani and Honorable Mention: Yelena Billias.
